Supporting families who can't always be there in person.
Providing reassurance to families supporting loved ones from a distance.
We understand that many families are supporting loved ones from a distance. Whether you are based elsewhere in the UK or overseas, it can be difficult to feel confident that everything is well at home following a hospital discharge or during a period of recovery.
Our role is to provide a trusted, consistent presence, offering reassurance not only to the individual at home, but also to the family supporting them.
How we support you
We work closely with families to ensure that their loved one is safe, comfortable, and supported in a way that feels calm and respectful.
- Regular updates following visits (with consent)
- Clear communication and responsiveness
- A consistent, familiar presence
- Support during key moments (e.g. returning home after hospital)
Peace of mind
Knowing that someone reliable is there at the right time can make a significant difference. We aim to provide that reassurance, quietly and professionally, so that families can feel more confident, even when they are not physically present.
Our service provides non-medical, non-personal support and works alongside existing healthcare provision where needed.
